Birth, Death, Dark & Light was the name that Trashmouth favourites Pit Ponies' gave their legendary 4 date residency at East
London's Stag's Head in 2016, but little did they know at the time how prophetic this would be for them.
No longer based above a charity shop in U-Town, Birth, Death, Darkness, & eventually Light ensued over the following years, & now the Ponies are ready to ride again!
